深圳國(guó)際攝影大展是由中國(guó)攝影家協(xié)會(huì)和深圳市文學(xué)藝術(shù)界聯(lián)合會(huì)共同舉辦的國(guó)家級(jí)、國(guó)際性的攝影活動(dòng)，該展每年舉辦一次，是以城市為主題的綜合性攝影展覽，也是深圳著力打造的國(guó)際性攝影藝術(shù)交流平臺(tái)和新的城市文化名片。

      2021第五屆深圳國(guó)際攝影大展將于2021年11月在中國(guó)深圳舉行。該展旨在綜合呈現(xiàn)世界各國(guó)近年來在攝影方面所取得的成就，展示各國(guó)攝影家在主題攝影藝術(shù)中的探索和實(shí)踐成果，從而促進(jìn)世界各國(guó)攝影文化的交流、融合與發(fā)展?，F(xiàn)誠(chéng)摯邀請(qǐng)世界各國(guó)、各地區(qū)的攝影團(tuán)體、全球攝影家以及各行業(yè)攝影愛好者選送作品參加。

      在百年未遇之大變局、中華民族偉大復(fù)興的新時(shí)代，深圳依然會(huì)像一個(gè)活力四射的生命體，面向全國(guó)點(diǎn)燃先行示范的激情，面向全世界迸發(fā)出磅礴的帶動(dòng)力!

      攝影，不但以強(qiáng)烈的現(xiàn)場(chǎng)性、具有見證功能的客觀性、閃爍著思想火花的瞬間性，紀(jì)錄了改革開放偉業(yè)中深圳發(fā)展的腳步，也將運(yùn)用影像的力量，見證深圳今后各個(gè)領(lǐng)域先行示范的每一個(gè)重大舉措，每一次創(chuàng)新成果。影像世界將成為與現(xiàn)實(shí)世界互為語境的平行世界，建立起自身的內(nèi)在邏輯和語言方式，最終成為新時(shí)代萬象匯編式的百科全書。

      本屆深圳國(guó)際攝影大展，將以表現(xiàn)“城市 * 活力”為主題，力爭(zhēng)以科技和藝術(shù)相融一體的方式，以思想與現(xiàn)實(shí)相互輝映的作品，表現(xiàn)深圳的活力、中國(guó)的活力、人類的活力!

四、規(guī)則

1.本屆影展以“城市•活力”為主題，該主題下設(shè)兩個(gè)類別：紀(jì)錄類和藝術(shù)類。每位作者可參加其中一類或多類，同一作品不得選送不同類別。投稿作品單幅、組照均可，一幅作品或一組作品為“一件”。一組作品(一件)限4-12幅，每人每類別投稿不超過4件(含4件)。投稿作品拍攝器材不限，作品創(chuàng)作年限為2016年至2021年間。

2.投稿方法:請(qǐng)登錄中國(guó)攝影家協(xié)會(huì)網(wǎng)(www.cpanet.org.cn)首頁，進(jìn)入“2021第五屆深圳國(guó)際攝影大展”專區(qū)，或登錄深圳國(guó)際攝影大展官網(wǎng)(www.shenzhenphoto.com),根據(jù)頁面提示，注冊(cè)并填寫相關(guān)信息、上傳作品。本屆展覽只收電子文件，文件格式要求為JPEG，文件長(zhǎng)邊為1024像素。每幅圖片須有唯一的標(biāo)題，不接受“未標(biāo)題”、“無題”以及相機(jī)拍攝時(shí)自動(dòng)生成的和只用數(shù)字等符號(hào)命名標(biāo)題的作品，組照中的所有圖片均須有唯一標(biāo)題。不允許在圖片上出現(xiàn)標(biāo)題和作者的任何信息，也不允許在作品標(biāo)題中出現(xiàn)作者名字等相關(guān)身份信息。每件作品除標(biāo)題外，應(yīng)有簡(jiǎn)要說明(100字以內(nèi)，包括時(shí)間、地點(diǎn)、事件要點(diǎn))。

3.參展作品必須是投稿者本人獨(dú)立完成的作品，并對(duì)其擁有獨(dú)立、完整、明確、無爭(zhēng)議的著作權(quán);同時(shí)要保證作品沒有侵犯第三人的著作權(quán)、肖像權(quán)、名譽(yù)權(quán)、隱私權(quán)及其他合法權(quán)益。

4.紀(jì)錄類作品不得對(duì)原始影像內(nèi)容進(jìn)行增加或刪減，在后期制作中，對(duì)影調(diào)和色調(diào)等的適度調(diào)整，以不違背拍攝對(duì)象客觀真實(shí)屬性為準(zhǔn)。彩色可以整體(不可局部)轉(zhuǎn)變?yōu)楹诎?或單色)。

5.所有投稿作品嚴(yán)禁利用任何技術(shù)方法使用他人作品的全部或局部影像，凡因違反上述規(guī)定而導(dǎo)致相關(guān)糾紛的，一切法律責(zé)任由投稿者本人承擔(dān)。

6.對(duì)于足以妨害公序良俗的作品及行為(包括但不限于可能嚴(yán)重誤導(dǎo)公眾認(rèn)知、具有欺詐性質(zhì)等一切違反國(guó)家法律、社會(huì)道德、公共秩序和善良風(fēng)俗的情形)，一經(jīng)發(fā)現(xiàn)立即取消參展資格。

7.鄭重聲明：對(duì)于存在著作權(quán)問題以及其他嚴(yán)重違規(guī)情況的，組委會(huì)將取消投稿者的參展資格，收回榮譽(yù)證書等，并在媒體上通報(bào);情節(jié)特別嚴(yán)重者，將禁止其參加中國(guó)攝影家協(xié)會(huì)舉辦的所有展覽活動(dòng)兩年直至終身。

8.特別提示：紀(jì)錄類入展作者有義務(wù)向組委會(huì)證明其作品的真實(shí)性，須在規(guī)定的時(shí)間內(nèi)向組委會(huì)提供入展作品原始影像文件(數(shù)碼原始數(shù)據(jù)或底片)，用于專家鑒定及制作展覽照片等，之后歸還底片。原始影像必須是作者本人用照相機(jī)、手機(jī)、平板電腦等具備照相功能的攝影器材所拍攝的、未經(jīng)任何軟件處理的、含有拍攝機(jī)型、拍攝時(shí)間、相關(guān)參數(shù)等完整原始數(shù)據(jù)的文件。對(duì)不能按規(guī)定時(shí)間和要求提供原始影像文件的入展作品的作者，即視為自愿放棄入展資格。

五、類別釋義

1.紀(jì)錄類：紀(jì)錄攝影是指以客觀記錄的方式關(guān)注社會(huì)生活、自然環(huán)境生態(tài)、民俗風(fēng)情等各類題材的作品。涵蓋新聞攝影、專題報(bào)道攝影、社會(huì)人文紀(jì)實(shí)攝影、自然紀(jì)實(shí)攝影等。

2.藝術(shù)類：藝術(shù)攝影是指為表達(dá)審美意趣、傾訴主觀情感而創(chuàng)作的作品。題材可涵蓋人文景觀、民俗風(fēng)情、人物、靜物、動(dòng)植物等。也包括創(chuàng)意影像、觀念影像、實(shí)驗(yàn)性影像等，對(duì)創(chuàng)作技法不作限制。

六、榮譽(yù)設(shè)置

1.展覽入展作品共計(jì)120件，紀(jì)錄類和藝術(shù)類各60件，頒發(fā)入展證書。

2. 組織工作先進(jìn)單位或個(gè)人10個(gè)：授予對(duì)本屆展覽有突出貢獻(xiàn)的單位和個(gè)人。

以上榮譽(yù)的設(shè)置，組委會(huì)可能根據(jù)實(shí)際情況做適當(dāng)調(diào)整。因違規(guī)等原因取消資格后，空缺名額不再遞補(bǔ)。

七、展覽評(píng)選

組委會(huì)將邀請(qǐng)若干名國(guó)內(nèi)外著名攝影專家組成評(píng)選委員會(huì)，本著公平、公正的原則，對(duì)所有征集到的符合本征稿啟事規(guī)定的攝影作品，逐一進(jìn)行評(píng)選。

八、相關(guān)事項(xiàng)

1.本屆展覽入展作品可作為申請(qǐng)加入中國(guó)攝影家協(xié)會(huì)的條件之一。

2.本屆展覽評(píng)選結(jié)果將于2021年10月在中國(guó)攝影家協(xié)會(huì)網(wǎng)(www.cpanet.org.cn)上公示，為期一周。公示期間設(shè)立專用信箱，受理實(shí)名舉報(bào)。最終結(jié)果將在中國(guó)攝影家協(xié)會(huì)網(wǎng)等中國(guó)攝影家協(xié)會(huì)所屬媒體上公布。

3.凡入展者，將獲得本屆展覽畫冊(cè)一本。

4. 對(duì)于所有入展作品，主辦方有權(quán)在著作權(quán)存續(xù)期內(nèi)，以復(fù)制、發(fā)行、展覽、放映、信息網(wǎng)絡(luò)傳播等方式用于與主辦方宣傳相關(guān)的展示，并不再支付稿酬。

5.凡投稿者，即視為已同意本征稿啟事之所有規(guī)定。凡不符合本征稿啟事規(guī)定的，評(píng)選委員會(huì)有權(quán)不予評(píng)選。

6.組委會(huì)對(duì)本征稿啟事及本屆展覽的有關(guān)事項(xiàng)，具有最終解釋權(quán)。

Shenzhen International Photography Exhibition 2021

Shenzhen International Photography Exhibition is a state-level international photography event jointly hosted by China Photographers Association and Shenzhen Federation of Literary and Art Circles. The exhibition, which is held annually, is a city-themed comprehensive photography exhibition, and Shenzhen has been trying to forge it into an international exchange platform of the art of photography and a new business card of the city’s culture.

The 5th Shenzhen International Photography Exhibition (hereinafter referred to as “the exhibition”) will be held at Shenzhen in China in November of 2021. The exhibition is designed to promote worldwide exchanges, integration and development of the photographic culture by showcasing the photographic achievements and exhibiting the artistic exploration and findings made in recent years by photographers from different countries around the world. We now sincerely invite contributions to the exhibition from group and individual photographers, professionals and amateurs alike, from all parts of the world.

III. Theme

Over the past four decades, Shenzhen has been developing with dynamism of youth and creativity, and the vigor to march forward nonstop! Such vitality has turned Shenzhen from a fishing village in the South China Sea to a metropolis and the key driving force for the development of Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area. Despite the global spread of the COVID-19 pandemic, Shenzhen remained dynamic and motivated while overcoming barriers and weathering hard times. Its passion, creativity and confidence have been displayed to the whole world.

In the face of changes unseen in a century and a new era of the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation, Shenzhen, with the passion of being a pioneer and model for the rest of China, will remain energetic as a driving force for world growth.

Photography records Shenzhen’s development in the reform and opening up in an on-time, objective and instantaneous manner. Moreover, images will also witness all the major pioneering and demonstrative moves, as well as innovative products across various sectors in the city. The world of image will become a parallel world that is mutually contextualized with the real world. Its internal logic and linguistic patterns will be established to eventually become the encompassing encyclopedia in the new era.

Through the integration of technology and art, and the complementarity between thoughts and reality, this year’s Shenzhen International Photography Exhibition, with the theme of “City﹒Vitality”, strives to showcase the vitality of Shenzhen, China and even the humanity!

IV. Rules

1. Under the theme of “City﹒Vitality”, the exhibition has two categories: documentary and artistic. Each entrant can choose to participate in one or more categories, but shall not enter the same work to different categories at the same time. Either a single or a portfolio is acceptable and will be deemed as “one entry”. A portfolio shall consist of 4-12 pictures. Each entrant can only submit no more than 4 entries (4 included) under each category. There are no restrictions on shooting equipment. All works shall be produced within the time period from 2016 to 2021.

2. Contribution methods: please go to the website of the CPA (www.cpanet.cn) and click on the “Shenzhen International Photography Exhibition 2021” section. Or log on to the official website of the exhibition (www.shenzhenphoto.com), follow the instructions to register, fill up relevant information, and upload work. The exhibition only accepts digital files in JPEG format with the longest side no longer than 1,024 pixels.

Every image needs one unique caption. Captionless or “No Caption”-named images, works with automatically generated captions by cameras as well as images named only with numbers or symbols, will not be accepted. Each and every image in a portfolio needs to be marked with a unique caption. There shall be no caption and information about the entrant on the surface of the images, and no mention of his/her name or other ID details in the caption. In addition to the caption of each work, there should be a brief description (within 100 words, including time, place, and key points of the event).

3. The photo(s) submitted shall be independently and solely completed by the entrant. Any entrant shall ensure that he/she has the independent, complete, clear and undisputed copyright for his/her works, and the works shall not infringe the legitimate rights and interests of any third party, including copyright, portraiture right, right of reputation, right of privacy, etc.

4. Photo(s) for the documentary category shall not be added or deleted on the original files. Appropriate adjustment on tone and brightness is acceptable, provided that any such editing does not compromise the authenticity and genuineness of the photo(s). Colored photo(s) can be converted to black and white (or monochrome) completely (not partially).

5. Using all or part of the images obtained from other people’s works through any technical methods is strictly prohibited. All the responsibilities should be on the entrant in case any dispute occurs as a result of violation of the foregoing.

6. Photos that portray or include inappropriate and/or offensive contents (including but not limited to those that may severely mislead the public cognition and those deceptive or contrary to laws, cultural and/or public morals, traditions and practices) are strictly prohibited and will be immediately disqualified.

7. Solemnly declared: the organizer reserves the right to disqualify the entrant(s) as a result of copyright problems and other serious offenses. Violators, if already awarded, will be deprived of their certificates and the violations will be made public through media. If the violations are especially serious, the entrant(s) shall be banned from all future exhibitions organized by the CPA for two years or more.

8. Special note: entrants whose works are chosen for exhibition under the documentary category shall submit the original files (original digital files or negatives) for expert verification and exhibition photo printing. The negatives will be returned. The original images should be files taken with cameras, mobile phones, tablet devices or other photographic equipment without being processed by software. They shall also include complete original data such as camera information, shooting time and relevant parameters. Failure in providing the required original files within time granted will be deemed as a waiver of eligibility.

V. Category definition

1. Documentary: this category accepts works that objectively record social life, natural and ecological environment, as well as folk customs. News photography, special report photography, social documentary photography and natural documentary photography, etc. are all welcomed.

2. Artistic: this category accepts works that express aesthetic interest and depict the inner world. Photos may capture cultural landscape, folk customs, portrait, still life, as well as fauna and flora. With no limits placed on creation techniques, creative, conceptual and experimental images are all acceptable.

VI. Awards

1. A total of 120 works will be selected and put on exhibition, with 60 coming from the Documentary category and another 60 from the Artistic category. All the chosen entrants will be awarded with certificates.

2. Awards for Outstanding Organizers: a total of 10 groups and individuals who make remarkable contributions to this exhibition will be granted with the Awards for Outstanding Organizer.

The committee reserves the right to make proper adjustment to the above awards. Vacancies resulting from any disqualification of winners and finalists due to violations of the rules will not be filled.

VII. Judging

The committee will invite prestigious Chinese and foreign photographers to form a jury and review all the entries that comply with the contribution rules one by one following the principles of fairness and impartiality.

VIII. Related matters

1. Photo(s) chosen by the exhibition can work as application point for the membership of the CPA.

2. The results will be announced on www.cpnet.org.cn for 7-day publicity in October, 2021. A special mailbox will open for real-name reporting during the publicity. The final results will be announced on the CPA website and the affiliated media.

3. All the entrants whose works are shown at the exhibition will receive a picture album of the exhibition.

4. Upon entering the exhibition, entrants grant to the Organizers in copyright term the license to reproduce, publish, display, perform, and distribute online your photo for promotional events, without further compensation to entrants.

5. Submission of an entry constitutes agreement to these rules. Any breach of the rules will lead to the disqualification of the entrant.

6. The Organizing Committee reserves the right of final interpretation on this notice and the related matters of the exhibition.
