「Capturing Ecology」攝影比賽由英國生態(tài)學(xué)會（British Ecological Society）舉辦，分為 Up Close and Personal、Ecology in Action、The Art of Ecology 等 6 個類別，所有獲獎作品已于 2019 年 1 月 21 至 27 日在倫敦 The Old Truman Brewery 展出。
上圖為本年度的總冠軍作品：由 Chris Oosthuizen 拍攝的「Stand Out From the Crowd」，攝于 Marion Island，一只成年的國王企鵝正被一大群年幼企鵝包圍著。
雙亞軍 得獎?wù)撸?/span>Peter J. Hudson 作品：Pollination! 簡介：有研究顯示，大量砍伐樹林令蝙蝠覓食困難并飛到城市，從而將 Hendra virus 病毒傳給人類和馬匹。
雙亞軍 得獎?wù)撸?/span>Roberto García-Roa 作品：Living Fossil 簡介：Cerastes vipera 是一種生活在沙漠地帶的蛇。身上的鱗片形狀像一個個小勺子，有助牠鉆進(jìn)沙中避開捕食者及等待獵物。
組別：Up close and personal 得獎?wù)撸?/span>Roberto García-Roa 作品： Web of Life 簡介：以微距攝影拍攝蜘蛛。
組別：Dynamic ecosystems 得獎?wù)撸?/span>Chris Oosthuizen 作品：Stinkpot Special 簡介：海鳥正捕食成年帝王企鵝。
組別：People and nature 得獎?wù)撸?/span>Nibedita Mukherjee 作品：Man in Mangrove 簡介：紅樹林生態(tài)系統(tǒng)對傳統(tǒng)漁民來說有很高的價(jià)值。
組別：Ecology in action 得獎?wù)撸?/span>Dominik Behr 作品：The Tables Have Turned 簡介：生態(tài)學(xué)家用麻醉針鎮(zhèn)靜了一只成年非洲豺狗之后，照片中的年幼豺狗以針筒作為玩具。
組別：The art of ecology 得獎?wù)撸?/span>Mark Tatchell 作品：Marine Iguanas Warm Up 簡介：火山群島上的海鬣蜥。
組別：Individuals and populations 得獎?wù)撸?/span>Adrià López Baucells 作品：Flying in the Rain 簡介：蝙蝠在生態(tài)系統(tǒng)入面有著重要作用，例如幫助傳播種子。
學(xué)生組 冠軍 得獎?wù)撸?/span>Adrià López Baucells 作品：Shadows in the Sky 簡介：新熱帶條紋蝙蝠（neotropical fringe-lipped bat）是少數(shù)捕食脊椎動物的新熱帶蝙蝠品種之一。
組別：Up close and personal 得獎?wù)撸?/span>Alex Edwards 作品：Look into my Eyes 簡介：偶然發(fā)現(xiàn)了這只小青蛙在熱帶雨林的一片葉子上棲息。
組別：Dynamic ecosystems 得獎?wù)撸?/span>Sandra Angers-Blondin 作品：Fox on the Hunt 簡介：一只紅狐貍正在北極群島覓食。
組別：People and nature 得獎?wù)撸?/span>Lydia Gibson 作品：Birds of a Feather 簡介：北美州大安地列斯群島有一個傳統(tǒng)文化，就是利用鸚鵡幫助狩獵。
組別：Ecology in action 得獎?wù)撸?/span>Ella Cooke 作品：UV Beetle Tracking (Experiment With Ultraviolet Powder and Torches) 簡介：英國生態(tài)學(xué)會在今年的暑期課程中，讓學(xué)員試試在昆蟲灑上紫外線粉末來拍攝。
組別： The art of ecology 得獎?wù)撸?/span>Mathilde Le Moullec 作品：Can You Feel the Harsh Climate of the High Arctic? 簡介：在實(shí)驗(yàn)室拍攝 Salix polaris 只有 2mm 的橫切面。
組別：Individuals and populations 得獎?wù)撸?/span>Adrià López Baucells 作品：Limbing in the Tropics 簡介：亞馬遜熱帶雨林中，一只食蟻獸正在一堆亂七八糟的樹枝和藤本植物中攀爬并看著攝影師。
